If you live outside the radius we do charge a small additional trip fee, depending on the distance.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? 

Price includes a one day customized rental of a beautiful yard card display, set up and take down

of the Super Yard Card greetings. Orders may be subject to delivery and rush fees.

What is a Face Greeting?

SYC is the only yard card company in the area to offer face greetings and we love to add them to

 your displays. A face greeting is when you send us a picture and we create a one of a kind photo card

from your image. We will design your yard card around the face greeting and after the celebration,

your loved one will get to keep the face greeting to remember their special day. You can find examples

What is a photo Frame?

A photo frame is a card cutout that allows your loved ones to stand in and take their photos

with the Yard card greeting. You can see examples of photo frames on our Facebook page or under

the yard greetings tab.

What is a flash, full or super?

These are our 3 main types of displays that SYC offers. When choosing between them, you are

choosing between a yard card that is Big, bigger or super big. You can find examples of the different

sizes on our Facebook page or under the Yard Greetings Tab, but here is a brief description of each.

Flash Greeting - This is a big greeting that can be done for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations,

showers, and welcome home. Instead of having the greeting spelled out with individual

letters, it has one large sign with the greeting on it. This is a great option for those wanting a

greeting but are concerned about their yard size.

Full Size greeting - This is a bigger greeting that can be done for any occasion. It will have the

chosen greeting spelled out with individual letters instead of the one big sign option the flash

greeting offers.

Super Sized Greeting - This is our super big greeting that can be done for any occasion. It is our full

size greeting with 10-15 added flair and theme pieces.  It is guaranteed to make a super sized

statement!

how Do I Place an order?

Did My Order Go Through?

First, Fill oUt oUr booking form.

THen, within 48 hours you will receive 2 calendar appointment emails, as well as an invoice.

These emails will be your confirmation that you are booked on our calendar and they will

give you the times for setup and pick up.

CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?

Absolutely! We accept special orders placed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to delivery. We need time to design and print to make sure we can accommodate your yard greeting.

When will my yard card be setup & Picked up?

All installs are done between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm on your event Date and

 picked up between 4:00 pm and 6:00 PM the day after your event date. 

 If special arrangements need to be made, please contact us so we can make accommodations.

CAN I TOUCH OR MOVE THE YARD SIGNS?

Please do not touch or move any of the yard greetings after they have been installed. If there is

an issue, please contact us so we can come fix them for you. There is a small moving fee if you choose

to have the yard card moved from the original location mentioned in the booking form.

Why, when & how much do I need to water my yard?

Having a well watered yard will allow for our setup crew to place the signs easily, guaranteeing

a beautiful display for your celebration. The better the yard, the better the card! We ask that

you water your yard the Morning of your setup. You will know that your yard is wet

enough when you can insert a 6" screwdriver into your yard all the way to the handle.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we gladly offer military and school discounts! We also offer $5.00 off your next setup after

leaving a Facebook or Google review of your previous setup. Mention any of these discounts in the

comment section of your online booking form and we will apply it to your invoice.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING YOUR SUPER YARD CARD GREETING. YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT BY ORDERING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1.   PAYMENT - PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT MUST CLEAR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. PAYMENT INFORMATION IS TRANSMITTED OVER SECURE SSL ENCRYPTION AND IS NOT STORED.

2.  CANCELLATION - IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO THE DAY OF DELIVERY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND 1⁄2 OF YOUR PAYMENT OR YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE FULL VALUE PAID. CANCELLATIONS MADE THE DAY OF SCHEDULED DELIVERY MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
 

3.  INCLEMENT WEATHER - WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER YOUR SUPER YARD CARD GREETING IF THERE IS LIGHTNING OR OTHER HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT PREVENT SET UP AND OR TAKE DOWN. IN THE EVENT OF PROHIBITIVE WEATHER OR INCLEMENT WEATHER, IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RESCHEDULE THE GREETING A REFUND WILL BE HONORED.
 

4.  REFUND POLICY - WE WILL NOT REFUND PAYMENT IF HOMEOWNER REQUESTS GREETING TO BE REMOVED. WE WILL NOT REFUND PAYMENT FOR ERRORS THAT OCCUR ON ORDER SUBMISSION.
 

5.  DELIVERY - THE GREETING WILL BE DELIVERED on your EVENT DATE BETWEEN 10:00 AM AND 2:00 PM UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH SUPER YARD CARDS. YOUR GREETING WILL BE PICKED UP AFTER 4:00 PM THE DAY AFTER YOUR EVENT. ALL PRICES INCLUDE DELIVERY, SET UP AND TAKE DOWN OF YARD GREETING.
 

6.  HOMEOWNER - ALL SUPER YARD CARD GREETINGS ARE MEANT TO BE PLEASANT SURPRISES. PLEASE REMEMBER TO NOTIFY THE HOMEOWNER THAT THEY WILL BE RECEIVING THE GREETING WITHIN 24 HOURS SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. HOMEOWNERS NEED TO TURN OFF THEIR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS AND NOTIFY YARD SERVICE COMPANIES FOR THE DURATION OF THE YARD GREETING. ALL PETS NEED TO BE BEHIND A FENCE OR IN HOUSE. 
 

7.  DAMAGE - ANY DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION OR TAMPERING WITH THE SUPER YARD CARD GREETINGS IS PROHIBITED. SIGNS SHOULD NOT BE MOVED WITHOUT CONSENT FROM SUPER YARD CARDS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE GRAPHIC, LETTER OR STAKE AT FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE. FULL PAYMENT FOR ANY SIGNS THAT ARE DAMAGED WILL BE ENFORCED.

8.  RUSH ORDERS - RUSH AND SAME DAY ORDERS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

· BASED ON AVAILABLE INVENTORY

· RUSH FEE MAY APPLY

· ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REQUESTED EVENT DAY ARE NOT GUARANTEED

· ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED IF SUPER YARD CARD IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE ORDER 

SUPER YARD CARDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO POLITELY AND RESPECTFULLY DECLINE ORDERS THAT ARE POLITICAL, CONTROVERSIAL, DISRESPECTFUL OR THAT DO NOT FIT THE CELEBRATORY NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS. IF AN ORDER IS DECLINED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO PLAY ON OR AROUND THE DISPLAY. OUR SIGNS WILL NOT SAFELY SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF A SMALL CHILD OR ADULT LEANING, SITTING, OR PLAYING ON THEM.

SUPER YARD CARDS AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONAL PROPERTY DURING THE SETUP OR REMOVAL OF ANY RENTAL.
